Why do we judge?

We judge because we have an ego. The more inflated, or fed, the ego, the more judgement, whether it be of others or oneself. Where there's judgement, there's control. The opposite of control is freedom. Where there's control, there's fear. Love can not be fully expressed when fear prevails.

When we let go of judging others and ourselves we become free. When we're free, we can truly love.
