200 Body Weight Prisoner Squats
Practiced some qigong and meditation this morning and decided to pump out some exercise. To my surprise I was able to do 2oo body weight prisoner squats (hands on top of the head) in one shot followed by a total of 50 push ups. These aren't huge numbers but I do challenge anyone who wants a quick and worthwhile workout to give it a shot.
